hisper is the latest edition at Dragonara along with two of her 'brothers' MOONSTAR SMOKEY BANDIT and MOONSTAR APACHE BRAVEShe is an American bred bright chestnut minimal pinto weanling with four striking white socks and the finest silkiest mane and a tail that is very near to pure white. With her flamboyant way of going and incredible attitude she is a real eyecatching filly.
This little filly reminds me so much of our late MAINESTAR LIBERTY BELLE in her way of going and not so easy attitude. This 'look at me' attitude gave Libby such an amazing show career before she sadly passed away at just 4 years of age.
I have real high hopes for this little girl and cannot wait until the start of the 2010 show season. Even at 8 months of age she is looking absolutely fantastic and will trot out beautifully and stand up well now.A VERY big thank you to Hazel of The Moonstar stud for letting me have her 'babies'. I am sure they will do well in the show ring in 2010-watch out for more photos in the near future. The pictures here are of 'Whisp' in the field enjoying herself but her expressive way of going is evident.'Smarter' pictures will follow later in the Spring of 2010 when she receives her first clip ready for the show season. I know whats under there but still can't wait! However all babies need their foal coats -they are so warm-the practice of removing young foals coats to show them at just a few months of age to my mind is totally irresponsible and its about time that show societies banned the practice.
